Gymnasts ages 5 to 14 years are able to participate in our developmental classes. Each class progresses based on individual ability and class selection is done by the instructor. All School-age classes are considered drop-off gymnastics, there is no spectator seating for these classes.

Beginner - (ages 5+ years) This is a 60 minute class that meets once per week. The Gymnastics instruction features lessons on all of the apparatus (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor), tumbling, trampoline, strength, and flexibility training as well.

Advanced Beginner - (ages 5+) The Gymnastics instruction continues lessons on all of the aparatus (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor), as well as tumbling, trampoline, strength and flexibility. This is a 60 minute class that meets once per week. Each of the Advanced Beginner Gymnasts will have been moved up by their instructor from the Beginner class.

Intermediate - (ages 5+) Our intermediate class is designed for gymnasts that have mastered all of their Beginner skills. Students enroll for a 75 minute classthat meets once per week. This class requires coaches placement.

Advanced Intermediate - (ages 5+) After gymnasts have mastered all of their Beginner and Intermediate skills, coaches will place them in Advanced Intermediate. The last class before moving onto the TGA team this is a 75 minute class that meets once per week.
